As a fitness junkie myself, I thought it was time to share some tips on what I do and think it helps me loose weight and staying fit. So sit back, take notes and lets go in this wonderful fitness journey together.
• Drink lots of water
It helps you stay hydrated, stop you from having cravings and helps you clear your skin by staying away from sodas and concentrated juices.
• Take Pictures of your food
By taking pictures of your food you are making sure to know what you are or have been eating at anytime. Keep an album in your phone and by tracking what you eat you'll know when you can have that cheat meal you crave.
• Eat more fruits and veggies
Yup, I think we all knew this one. Healthy food doesn't have to be bland and not tasteful, mix it up ad some flavors, look for ingredients you can swap with their healthier choice. I usually go on Pinterest and look up some amazing and delicious recipes, highly recommend you looking for recipes there, trust me they are great.
• Exercise
Obviously this is important even if its only 30% of your diet. Even if what you are eating is what mostly determines your weight loss, exercising is what keeps that fat out of your body and helps you gain muscle. Just my walking, running, dancing, doing yoga, pilates or going to the Gym can actually make a difference.
• Consume Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
Consume vinegar? yes. This is actually a natural, raw vinegar that has a lot of health benefits. For more and better info check out this link -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ea8mRNfLOJo
• Don't eat pass 8:00 PM
Try not to eat pass 8:00 pm. Eating at night time can cause you to gain belly fat because you are not burning it after you consume it, you just go to bed. Try to stick to a low calorie snack or dine a little bit early.
Those were some of my tips on staying healthy and fit, I hope you enjoy and if you have any suggestions or want to ask anything just leave a comment I would gladly like to read it and respond. Thanks for reading.
What you need:
- Dry Oatmeal

- Agua Maravilla (Water Wonder)
- A Small Bowl
- Spoon
Have the oatmeal at a bowl and add the wonder water in little portions, stir until the oatmeal is wet but not in a liquid form. Then add only three drops of lemon juice and stir (by adding too much of the lemon juice, by it been acid, it can damage your skin.) Apply the paste to your face, do not apply it to the eyes, wear it for a few minutes until the paste is dried and later wash your face of with cold water.
Benefits:
- It heals as a remedy for treating acne.

Hello again, and I hope you have had a good day. Today I have decided to try something new and that is a product review! I'll try to keep up with making this reviews more often or on a specific day. So let's start with this review.
This week I'm going to be reviewing the Lactovit Products. First of all let me just say that this are the best skin products ever. I use the shower gel and the deodorant and they are just amazing. The products are made with milk and vitamins that nourishes the skin and leaves it silky smooth and hydrated, also this is great for people with sensitive skin. Is a feeling that I haven't felt with any other product and it s over all great. If I have to pick a downside to this product it will be that it smell a bit like an old lady, but trust me the smell fades away after you shower. I have never seen this product in the U.S (I'm from Puerto Rico and they have it here), but I found a link if you want to check it out and try it yourself.

With summer almost ending and college just around the corner, I have decided to make a list of must haves students should get when going back or staring in college. So lets begin, shall we !:
Its an obvious one but I had to include it. I personally decorate mine, as you may see on the image above, to make them a little bit more of my style and it's fun. I suggests you to buy one or two notebooks before class so when you pass your first day you'll know how many of them will you need.
Notebooks
Highlighters
Highlighters, very important when studying and taking notes. Its a great way to define what its really important in the material. Its good to have one or two in your school bag just in case.
Index Cards
For the times you have exams and you need a a way too quiz yourself or have someone to help you, even by just writing in them can help you remember the information.
Pencils and Erasable Pens
Need I say more? Erasable pens are great for when you don't want to deal with the haste of a pencil sharpener nor refill your pencil, and want a more cleaner writing.
Agenda or Planner
With all the assignments, exams, and activities you might have, you need to keep it organize. An agenda will become your best friend when organizing what you have to do when you have to do it for.
A Multi Pocket Folder
In college professors hand out a lot of papers and you need somewhere to store them and have your turned in assignments right where you need them and easy to take out.
Mini Stapler
As said in the last item, professors give a lot of papers and you have to keep them all together because most of the time they don't have staplers and you see all the students in the class asking around everyone if they have a stapler.
Ear Plugs
Maybe not for when you are taking a class but when you have free time and you are in a place that is noisy, this can really help. They don't block out all the noise around you but still helps you concentrate more.
Thank you so much for reading this little list of college supply students must haves. This is what I consider important to have on campus or when studying and I hope this is useful to you as it been for me. ♡
